The Planetrise Association met with State Secretary Azbej Tristan

On behalf of our key partner, the Planetrise Cultural and Environmental Association, Dr. Péter Gergő Juhász and Csaba Szeremley, along with their East Congolese partner organisation (VÉTO), represented by Christian Cito Cirhigiri, attended a meeting with State Secretary Mr. Tristan Azbej, the head of Hungary Helps.

The meeting was also attended by Dávid Marton, Coordinator of African Programs at the Hungary Helps Agency. The purpose of the meeting was to review the organizations' activities so far and assess their joint projects.

Christian Cirhigiri expressed gratitude on behalf of the families of the Congolese victims for the support provided by the Hungary Helps Agency and the Reformed Church in Hungary.

State Secretary Mr. Azbej initiated a noble initiative involving several domestic and international civil organisations, churches, and government bodies, through which the Planetrise Association provided assistance to the families of seventy Christian victims who were massacred by extremists in North Kivu, East Congo.

The First Nyíregyháza Lions Club and its sub-organisation in Kisvárda also joined the supporters.
